In the Service Department, we have extensive experience and knowledge of medical devices with the core focus on anesthesia. We also have experience from both a user perspective and the technical side.
Our goal is to make sure servicing of our equipment meets our high standards of quality to assure both operational reliability as well as patient safety. Outside the Nordic Area, we support via distributors. We can provide different forms of support, such as email or telephone advice, assistance with troubleshooting and repairs as well as how to configure the machines to provide optimal end user support.

Dameca also offer Sales, Application and Service training in the spring and autumn seasons in our Copenhagen facility. For the Service Training, attendees learn how to service and repair our portfolio as well as how to maintain and to ensure optimal performance of our equipment.
